The free 20-minute Discovery Call will enable insight and gives me the opportunity to understand your current situation, and how in my coaching process I can help you to dial down your anxiety and concerns to manageable levels and navigate your life changes and provide advice and assistance to ease the transition.
There may be no immediate solutions to fix all your concerns at once, but I will show you how to use the tools and methods I know to navigate your separation and learn to use these methods throughout your life whenever you are faced with challenges.
Sessions Tailored to Suit you
The number of coaching sessions varies for different people, and it is not possible to determine exactly how many sessions will be required. Some people may wish to be coached weekly or fortnightly while other people may require more concentrated sessions at the start of the coaching. The best option for you can be discussed during the discovery call and this can always be adapted as the sessions progress.
Online or in Person
I am based in Hertfordshire and most of my coaching is done online via Zoom. Of course, I am happy to meet in person in North London should you require in-person sessions if you are navigating an impending breakup and for full support during a divorce. I am also able to provide practical lifestyle support in respect of your children.”
All Coaching Sessions are PAYABLE IN ADVANCE
In-Person Coaching £150 per Session
The first coaching session will last up to 90 minutes, further sessions are 60 minutes.
In-person coaching allows those who feel more comfortable discussing matters in a more personal and private space to do so.
Online Coaching £125 per session
The first coaching session will last up to 90 minutes, further sessions are 60 minutes.
